Photosol joins Soren Governance

Photosol strengthens its commitment to the energy transition by joining the governance of Soren

Photosol has subscribed to the capital increase of Soren, an eco-organization specializing in the reuse and recycling of solar panels, during the operation conducted on December 17th. This strategic investment is accompanied by Photosol’s entry into the Board of Directors of Soren.

This initiative is part of Photosol’s commitment to actively contribute to the structuring and sustainability of the photovoltaic sector in France, investing not only in the development of production but also in the responsible management of panels at the end of their life cycle.

On this occasion, Alix Lajoie, Deputy CEO of Photosol, stated:

“Our entry into the governance of Soren marks a significant step in Photosol’s commitment as a major player in photovoltaic electricity production.”

“After recently deciding to engage, alongside independent developers and producers of renewable energy, with HoloSolis and its project to build the largest photovoltaic panel factory in Europe, joining the eco-organization dedicated to the reuse and recycling of solar panels demonstrates our intention to be involved both upstream and downstream in the value chain of the sector, from future large-scale production of modules in France to the responsible management of panels at the end of their life.”

“With this new initiative, we reaffirm our determination to fully contribute to a sustainable and sovereign energy transition!”
